In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact the team at Letstalk@sherylm-author.com

For items returned within 30 days from date of purchase, a store credit or a replacement will be issued. 

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email. 

Please note:

• Shipping costs are not included in your refunded amount.
• Limited edition items, special promotions and samples are excluded with our 30 day money back guarantee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sheryl M Organic lip balm can be shipped worldwide except to New Zealand.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post to deliver your goods.

All Shipping methods are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested prior to dispatch.

However, with Australia Post, if they deem there is no safe place on the premises to leave a parcel they'll leave a card and take it to the nearest post office for collection. 

Our product prices DO NOT show shipping costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via email.

We take no responsibility for lost parcel with Australia Post. 

Once items have been posted to the provided address, they become the responsibility of the customer.

If you parcel has not arrived, please check your tracking number. If the tracking number states the item has been delivered or still in transit, please check with your local post office as the item could be waiting there for you.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.

Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been packed and shipped - cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.

The utmost care is taken with the packing of your products to ensure safe arrival however after being dispatched, we take no responsibility as the package becomes that of the customer.
